Parishioners are asked to limit their input to 4 minutes in order to permit the meeting to progress without undue delay, and may only speak during the open forum.

Don't forget that if you would like to raise a matter relating to other bodies, such as South Hams District Council and Devon County Council, it is often best if you contact them directly.  In particular, potholes should be reported to Devon CC directly. However, the Parish Council would try help if difficulties arise after such a referral has taken place.

Comments from the Parish Council sent to SHDC - The height of the proposed extension means that it impacts on the surrounding properties making it overbearing and overlooking causing loss of amenity for residents.
  3. Application no 1282/26/HHO – 2 Horsebrook Barn, Avonwick TQ10 9EU – Householder application for proposed single-storey extension, roof replacement with green roof and associated landscaping works. No objections from the Parish Council.
