5: Minutes
The minutes of the meeting held the on 3rd March 2020 were confirmed and signed. Proposed Cllr. Grevatt seconded Cllr. Seager-Berry.
6: Planning
The Council gave its support to an application for a Farm Shop and Café at Colmer View Farm. Proposed Cllr. Bell seconded Cllr. Seager-Berry.
7: Finance

The Council accepted and approved the Parish Accounts for 2019/20. Proposed Cllr. Seager-Berry Seconded Cllr. Bell
The Council considered, approved and signed the Annual Governance Statement 2019/20.
The Council then considered, approved and signed the Accounting Statement for 2019/20.
The Council agreed to certify itself as exempt from a Limited Assurance Review and signed
The Certificate of Exemption.
Thanks were given to Mr. Widdicombe and Mr. North for their work for the Parish.
Mr. Cooper is to carry out repairs and maintenance of the play park equipment.
8: Highways
The interactive speed sign in Avonwick was reported to be faulty.
The view of the bridge in Avonwick when approaching from Totnes direction was reported to be obstructed by plant growth.
Potholes were reported on the Ugborough road from Avonwick (nb Ugborough PC to be informed)
It was reported that the Parish Paths had recently been walked and checked. Thanks were given to Cllr. Grevatt.
