Minutes of the NHPC Annual Parish Council Meeting held on 9th May 2023 at Avon Vale Tennis Club, Avonwick. TQ10 9EJ.

Signing of declarations of acceptance of office

This was done by all councillors and witnessed and signed by the clerk.

Election of Chair and Vice Chair.

Cllr Steer nominated as Chair, proposed by Cllr Bell and seconded by Cllr Hunt.  Cllr Grevatt nominated as Vice Chair, proposed Cllr Bell, seconded Cllr Hunt. Cllr Grevatt to continue as Vice Chair.

To agree to certify itself as exempt from a limited assurance review and sign the certificate of exemption

The council agreed to certify itself as exempt, and the certificate of exemption was signed.

To consider, approve and sign the Accounting Statement, and the Annual Governance Statement for 2022/23.

These were considered, approved and signed.
