  1. a) Appeal Ref – APP/K1128/C/26/3377851 – Land to the Rear of the Avon Inn – Appeal made to the Secretary of State for –
    The change of use of the Land from use in connection with a public house to use as tourist accommodation site.
    The bringing on to the Land unauthorised operational development comprising 2 wooden holiday pods with a separate wooden pod between them used as a mobile sauna unit, decking, hot tubs and other paraphernalia associated with an unauthorised tourist accommodation use.
  2. Approval of details reserved by conditions – Application no 0628/26/ARC – Charford Farm TQ9 7LT – Approval of details reserved by conditions 14 (Slate), 19 (Solar Panels), 20 (Heat Pump) of planning consent 1920/22/FUL.
