Present – Cllr Bell, Cllr Steer, Cllr Gabriel, Cllr Ring, Cllr Snoxall, Cllr Hunt, Cllr Grevatt, D Cllr D Hancock.

Attended by – 6 members of the public.

Apologies for absence – C Cllr D Thomas

1)Election of Chairman

Cllr R Steer – proposed by Cllr Hunt & seconded by Cllr Grevatt, Cllr T Grevatt – proposed by Cllr Bell & seconded by Cllr Steer.

Cllr Steer & Cllr Grevatt left the room - vote taken all in agreement Cllr Steer to stay as Chair for another year.

2) Election of Vice-Chairman

Cllr T Grevatt – proposed by Cllr Ring & seconded By Cllr Hunt with all in agreement.

3)    Council Members to be Representatives on other Committees/Duties.

  1. Highways – all Cllrs.
  2. Parish Flood Plan – Cllr Ring.
  3. P3 Co-Ordinator – Cllr Snoxall.
  4. Tree Warden – Cllr Bell.
  5. Defibrillator – Cllr Grevatt.
  6. Play Park – all Cllrs take this on a rotational basis.

Proposed on bloc by Cllr Grevatt & seconded by Cllr Hunt with all in agreement.

4) Financial Statement, Adoption of Accounts from 2024/2025

The Annual Accounts have been circulated to all Cllrs – proposed by Cllr Steer & seconded by Cllr Bell with all in agreement that they are duly adopted now to go to Audit in June.
